Black Woodpecker
Black Woodpecker - Finland is almost as well known for its 'peckers as it is for its owls - Black being the most spectacular of Europe's 10 breeding species. This one obliged alongside our car as we scanned through flocks of Bramblings and Fieldfares one snowy morning.
